Responsibilities

  • Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
  • Assess customer storage needs and suggest appropriate solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
  • Conduct daily inspections of storage units to confirm inventory and availability.
  • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
  • Assist customers with payment reminders and collection calls when necessary.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the property is well-kept.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based companies.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to use personal vehicle for travel between locations.
