As a Customer Service-Self Storage Manager at Public Storage, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple self-storage locations while providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will assist customers in staying current with their payments, which may involve making reminder and collection calls when necessary. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining the property, including performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks. This includes sweeping and mopping interior areas, as well as ensuring that the exterior grounds are clean and free of debris to maintain curb appeal. The physical demands of the job include the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds and spending up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, which may involve climbing stairs and opening large doors.
