About the position

The Self Storage Manager at Public Storage is responsible for managing multiple storage facilities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the properties. Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple storage facilities independently.
  • Assess customer storage needs and provide recommendations.
  • Sell packing and moving supplies to customers.
  • Conduct daily inspections of storage units to confirm inventory and availability.
  • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
  • Assist customers with payment reminders and collection calls.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain property appearance.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based companies.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to use personal vehicle for travel between locations.
