Additionally, you will be responsible for auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of the daily business operations. Customer service is key in this role, as you will assist customers with payment reminders and collection calls when necessary. The position requires a hands-on approach, as you will spend a significant amount of time outdoors, walking around the facilities, climbing stairs, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain curb appeal. You will also be expected to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
