The Self Storage Manager at Public Storage is responsible for overseeing multiple storage facilities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing daily operations. This role involves assessing customer needs, maintaining inventory, handling cash transactions, and performing property maintenance tasks. Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest appropriate solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payment reminders and collection calls when necessary.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain property appearance and curb appeal.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based companies.
• Valid driver's license and ability to use personal vehicle for travel between locations.
