About the position

The Customer Service Senior Representative at The Cigna Group plays a crucial role in the Central Nursing Team by managing non-clinical projects and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This position serves as the first point of contact for both internal and external clients, assisting with inquiries, scheduling home infusion visits, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist internal and external clients by clarifying and researching information and resolving non-clinical problems.
  • Schedule visits for home infusion within a region of branches and complete nurse assignments for patients.
  • Reschedule visits based on patient availability and monitor patient appointments for accuracy.
  • Coordinate nursing referrals with pharmacy, reimbursement, and nursing departments.
  • Communicate proactively with field staff, nurse management, and patients.
  • Investigate and research issues to provide resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in appropriate systems and manipulate multiple Excel documents for task management.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from patients, field staff, and other departments.

Requirements

  • High School education or GED.
  • 5+ years of relevant Customer Service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral professional communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
