About the position

The Customer Service Specialist - Bilingual Spanish role at My Senior Health Plan involves providing exceptional customer service to both English and Spanish-speaking clients. This full-time, onsite position requires native-level fluency in both languages and focuses on responding to customer inquiries, processing administrative tasks, and supporting the sales team. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues with thoroughness, professionalism, and in a timely manner.
  • Efficiently process administrative tasks as assigned, adjusting workload for occasional calling or data input projects.
  • Communicate professionally with both English and Spanish speaking clients.
  • Handle outbound/inbound calling projects and answer incoming calls appropriately.
  • Transfer viable leads to the sales team at My Senior Health Plan Inc.
  • Complete intake of prospect and client data through CRM (Salesforce).
  • Perform data entry of incoming leads and general data input.
  • Respond to client emails and provide customer service.
  • Organize, file, and fax applications and documents.
  • Serve as a back-up to all administrative functions and work closely with the Administrative Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or experience in lieu of)
  • 5+ years of administrative/clerical experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experience with CRMs
  • Excellent phone presence
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Professional and personable demeanor
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with all MS Office applications
  • Excellent multi-tasker
  • Eagerness to learn new tasks and grow with the company
  • Initiative to take on additional responsibilities
  • Open and enthusiastic about coaching
  • Maintains a sense of urgency with all tasks
  • Experience with auto-dialer preferred
