The Customer Service Specialist will serve as a vital link between beneficiaries and medical insurance companies, ensuring effective communication and high-quality service. This role is essential in providing support and information to beneficiaries regarding their medical insurance needs, contributing to a positive customer experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from beneficiaries, providing assistance and information regarding medical insurance.
  • Facilitate communication between beneficiaries and medical insurance representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all callers.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
