About the position

Kotarides Property Management is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to manage inbound resident calls and support various property management processes. This role involves handling maintenance requests, payment processing, and resident correspondence, while ensuring excellent customer service and effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound resident call volume including maintenance requests and payment processing.
  • Manage resident and prospect correspondence via email.
  • Perform data entry and provide backup for call center services.
  • Answer questions regarding current and past due balances.
  • Provide information related to lease agreements and delinquent processes.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in Property Management is required.
  • 1 year of experience in a Call Center is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Yardi is necessary.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Excellent customer service and effective communication skills are required.

Nice-to-haves
