Responsibilities

- Providing an industry-best customer experience for e-commerce brands.
- Recognizing and identifying customer needs and opportunities.
- Listening to customers to identify their needs and expectations.
- Continuously improving processes within the team.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Freight, and Purchasing teams to drive sales and provide exceptional service.
- Demonstrating commitment to brand promise by fulfilling customer needs on the first call.
- Completing daily tasks with integrity and self-awareness.
- Communicating effectively and ensuring stellar follow-up and execution.
- Celebrating successes while identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements
- E-commerce experience preferred but entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Eagerness to learn and improve existing processes.
