Responsibilities include addressing transport regulatory compliance questions, selecting transport equipment, tracking shipments, and fulfilling customer-specific service requirements. The role requires providing prompt, reliable, accurate, and user-friendly service responses to customer inquiries while ensuring all communications are handled professionally and meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, reliable, accurate, and user-friendly service response to customer requests.
- Ensure accurate pricing of all rate quotes (contract, tariff, and spot market) consistent with company policy.
- Monitor transactions through completion and notify management of any non-compliance.
Requirements
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Transportation experience is a plus.
