About the position

As a Customer Service Specialist at Lane Bryant, you will provide exceptional shopping experiences to customers, fostering authentic connections and helping them discover products they love. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Prior retail experience or customer-focused experience
  • Passion for styling and love of working with people
  • Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.
