Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of the front office of the business, including answering incoming calls and providing general customer support.
- Assist with order/data entry and assist the finance team with daily functions.
- Provide customer service and data entry for customers that contact the business by phone.
- Identify existing vs. new customers and update customer details, validating all required information has been obtained.
- Confirm existing customer details, updating any required changes.
- Connect customers to specific sales representatives upon request, assign customers to new sales representatives, or execute re-orders based on customer needs.
- Collect call-back information if unable to service or pass along to a sales representative.
- Support the sales team with product inquiries, pricing, availability, and shipping charges.
- Assist with order taking, including re-orders and web orders.
- Assist the Accounting Coordinator with invoice data entry as needed.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable Coordinator with invoice distribution as needed.
- Expected to assist other areas of the business as needed, including the uniform production team and warehouse team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Less than 1 year of customer service, help desk, or related experience (retail oriented)
