Responsibilities

  • Maintain database records of order changes and contact history.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and text.
  • Assist teams with processing orders and reviewing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize sales techniques to save sales and de-escalate customer issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role required.
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to address all requests fully and efficiently.
  • Proficiency with Windows based applications.
  • Ability to type 30 or more words per minute.
  • 3+ years of previous experience in a customer service role required.
  • Tech-savvy individual with experience working with web-based tools.
