Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy features to help them make informed decisions.
  • Process insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to address client needs and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and company policies to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Uphold company values and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses and certifications.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
