About the position

The Customer Service Specialist at Total Highspeed is responsible for managing customer communications and providing exceptional service to clients. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, processing financial transactions, and performing various administrative tasks. The specialist must be detail-oriented, accurate, and capable of multitasking while maintaining a friendly demeanor to effectively resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer communications received via multiple sources, including in-person, phone, email, text, website, and social media.
  • Understanding and effectively communicating the company's product and service offerings, availability, and pricing.
  • Performing dispatch functions, including scheduling work orders and routing technicians as needed.
  • Following up with customers to accurately complete service orders and notify them of appointment updates.
  • Collaborating with appropriate internal departments and leadership as needed.
  • Picking up and delivering correspondence from local post offices and banks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is necessary.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with social media management.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of computers, printers, and other office equipment.

Benefits
