About the position

Responsibilities

• Provide retail customer service via phone, email, written correspondence, and fax.
• Provide a variety of supporting roles for the Customer Service department.
• Participate in cross-training of tasks within the department.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
