About the position

The position involves assisting customers in various aspects of the rental and return process at airport lots for Avis Budget Group. It is an outdoor role that requires effective customer service skills and the ability to perform tasks such as checking cars, entering information, and processing rentals. The role is designed for individuals who prefer an active work environment over traditional desk jobs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the rental and return process on airport lots.
• Check cars and enter information using a handheld device.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers.
• Assist customers at exit gates and check-in cars at return.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice-to-haves

• 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
