Responsibilities

  • Interacting with commercial project managers, quotes teams, commercial reps, and onsite service techs to provide support on high-profile commercial jobs from quote to delivery.
  • Assisting commercial end users in obtaining replacement commercial parts onsite in a timely manner.
  • Working with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and communicating priority jobs appropriately.
  • Managing holds, ship dates, returns, and parts requests.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA.
  • Minimum 2 or more years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be located within commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule.
