About the position

The Customer Service Specialist at BlueWater Federal is responsible for managing initial customer interactions and ensuring the follow-through of service orders. This role involves engaging with customers to assist with telecommunications requests and maintaining communication throughout the service process.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders.
  • Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications request.
  • Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear.
  • Assisting customers with DISA/Storefront, submitting Telecommunication Service Requests, tracking and updating customers on Telecommunication Service Request orders in the system.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree is preferred
  • 2+ years of IT experience, preferably within telecom provisioning
  • Must have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
