About the position

The Customer Service Specialist at Anima Mundi Herbals is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through email and phone communications. This role involves assisting customers with order inquiries, product information, and company policies, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer service mindset, with a passion for herbalism and natural health being a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, providing knowledgeable answers about orders, products, and policies.
  • Assist customers with online orders, subscriptions, and inquiries, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Address customer requests and concerns, ensuring we deliver the highest level of customer service in the industry.
  • Effectively communicate solutions to customer needs, complaints, and questions, while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Clearly explain company policies to customers in a concise and understandable manner.
  • Foster collaborative and positive working relationships with staff, both in person and remotely.
  • Continuously engage in learning and growth to stay up to date with our product offerings and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in online customer service.
  • Strong background in e-commerce customer support.
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain information about our brand's history, product line, and company policies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and resolve customer issues independently.
  • Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven organizational and methodical approach to work.
  • Solid computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools or software.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong ability to build relationships with co-workers.
  • Knowledge of a second language (Spanish preferred) is a plus.
