Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the office environment.
  • Managing communication systems and monitoring incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, mail).
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry by staff and adherence to established procedures.
  • Managing office calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and overseeing staff schedules.
  • Handling customer inquiries and requests to enhance customer relations.
  • Supervising office staff, providing guidance and support, and monitoring adherence to company policies.
  • Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to staff.
  • Training new staff and providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Overseeing employee timekeeping and managing staff schedules.

Requirements

  • 2 years of management experience.
  • 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
