About The Position

The Customer Service Supervisor at Konecranes is responsible for overseeing and enhancing customer service activities related to equipment, spare parts, technical support, and warranty services. This role emphasizes developing team capabilities, improving customer experience, and fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders. The supervisor will implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales/customer service, preferably with a corporation's offer/order process team.
  • Strong organizational skills and systems/process management skills are essential.
  • Experience with SAP is preferable.
  • Ability to hold oneself and the team accountable; self-starter mentality is vital.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, oversee, coordinate, support, coach and develop customer service activities and personnel.
  • Develop product, system, application, and industry-specific knowledge within the team.
  • Monitor employee knowledge, quotations, order/claim entry, order/claim backlog, and A/R activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement policies, procedures, processes, training, and tools to improve team performance and customer loyalty.
  • Develop strong business relationships and open communication channels with customers and internal teams.
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess the overall performance of the customer service team.
  • Perform the duties of direct reports as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
