About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor with healthcare experience to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor the customer service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills in customer service and sales.
  • Analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage scheduling and workflow to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of health insurance and health insurance concepts.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within customer service.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
