About the position

This position is responsible for supervising and overseeing the Customer Service office and staff, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. The role involves assisting with hiring and training new staff, as well as managing various customer service programs and sales related to Season Passes and training activities.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee the Customer Service office and staff.
  • Assist with hiring and training of new staff members.
  • Sell and coordinate Season Pass sales.
  • Manage Training Center programs and Children's programs.
  • Coordinate seasonal locker rentals.
  • Assist frontline customers on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service management or supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
  • Sales experience, particularly in seasonal or recreational programs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a recreational or seasonal business environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices.
