About the position

The Customer Service Supply & Meter Representative (CSSMR) at Documation of San Antonio LLC is responsible for providing high-quality customer service to clients with service and supply agreements. This role involves on-site visits to collect meter readings and ensure timely delivery of toner and supplies, while managing logistical challenges autonomously to meet customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee satisfaction and value for customers
• Contribute to a positive work environment that fosters team pride and personal growth
• Maintain contact with customers via phone and email to acquire monthly meter readings
• Work with service to maintain and assess equipment locations
• Provide meter printouts to the meter collection team and Field Service Manager
• Maintain personal productivity and quality standards for toner consumption
• Process customer orders efficiently and courteously
• Organize workflow to meet deadlines using scheduling techniques
• Discuss consumption concerns with customers while fulfilling their needs
• Maximize equipment uptime through timely response and efficient replenishment
• Manage asset utilization to achieve financial results and create value
• Analyze customer needs and influence sales volume
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
• Ensure returns are matched with empty cartridges and EID#
• Complete administrative tasks on time and accurately
• Maintain organized inventory receiving and restocking processes
• Sort returns and empties for proper recycling
• Pre-position bulk upgrades in advance of installation.
