As part of our team, you will provide essential office support to our customer service staff, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality ingredients to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and specialty chemical industries. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the smooth operation of our customer service department. Your primary duties will include general office support, greeting visitors, managing the sign-in/out book, coordinating paperwork, filing, printing, and proofing orders, as well as handling customer inquiries over the phone. You will also be tasked with scanning and attaching critical documents such as Certificates of Analysis (C/As), Purchase Orders, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) into our ERP system. Additionally, you will email customers shipping documents as required, ensuring that all communications are clear and professional. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have a pleasant phone demeanor, be flexible, and be able to multi-task effectively. Responsibilities

  • Provide general office support for customer service staff.

Requirements
