Responsibilities

• Prepare individual tax returns for clients.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the tax preparation process.
• Assist clients in understanding their tax returns and refund options.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with clients.

Requirements

• Customer Service and/or Sales experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Professional appearance.
• Eligible to obtain PTIN.

• Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 9am to 8pm during tax season.
