  • Implement continuous improvement principles in the quoting processes.
  • Provide and arrange ongoing training and development for the team.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and other departments such as sales and cost engineering.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two years' experience in customer service in a business-to-business environment; manufacturing industry preferred
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
