The Customer Service Team Member at ModWash is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for guests at the car wash. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting membership sales, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service.
• Present and explain each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited memberships.
• Safely guide guests through the ModWash tunnel.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
