Responsibilities

  • Handle all customer calls pertaining to complaints or problems quickly and courteously.
  • Log each customer problem or complaint in a Customer Inquiry Sheet maintained in the customer service office.
  • Correctly identify a customer's difficulty and provide a solution with minimal supervision.
  • Solve customer problems using a variety of solutions.
  • Expedite repair orders or the estimate process to shorten normal repair times.
  • Assist Front Counter Representatives in explaining policies and procedures and solving walk-in customer problems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic English language writing skills for completing repair orders and requests.
  • Fluency in spoken English for effective communication with customers.
  • Basic math skills including multiplication, addition, subtraction, and division.
  • Ability to read English sufficiently to understand invoices and repair orders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior retail and/or customer service experience is preferred.
