About the position

We are a leading global manufacturer in the water filtration industry seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at problem-solving and troubleshooting electronics. The position requires a positive attitude and a passion for customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the best filtration options for their needs.
  • Provide technical support to customers regarding company products, including installation and troubleshooting.
  • Address and resolve inquiries regarding orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
  • Manage all customer interactions with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions to resolve issues.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues.
  • Enter customer data accurately into the database.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other customer service representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a customer service representative and working within an office environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Ability to successfully multi-task.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment as well as independently.
