This role involves direct interaction with customers to assist with various financial services, including loans, check cashing, and money transfers. Bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) are required to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele. Responsibilities

• Work face to face with customers
• Assist in the issuance of loans including title loans, installment loans, and payday loans
• Assist clients with cash advance services, check cashing, money orders, and bill pay services
• Gain knowledge in tax preparation services
