The Customer Service Title Agent position at Maryland Speedy Tag & Title II LLC involves providing exceptional customer service by processing motor vehicle tag and title transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients. Responsibilities

• Process Motor Vehicle Tag and Title Transactions for the public and the business community.
• Participate with marketing campaigns tasks to promote business.
• Utilize software that interfaces with the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) Database.
• Review completed transactions for accuracy, scan, and file according to company standards.
• Report deficiencies or any issues prohibiting job performance to immediate supervisor.
• Maintain office organization according to company standards.
• Learn and apply any new implemented processes and MVA updates to process transactions successfully.
• Identify the reason for the customer's call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions.
• Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers.
• Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of active listening techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
• Ability to grasp information quickly and apply it.
