About the position

Dal-Tile is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to provide exceptional service to walk-in customers while handling various warehouse duties. This role involves assisting customers with their orders, processing transactions, and managing inventory, all while ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Servicing walk-in customers and assisting with order requirements.
• Completing sales transactions and accepting payments.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints, including returns and order errors.
• Processing payments and receipts, and preparing bank deposits.
• Entering customer orders and creating stock replenishment orders.
• Pulling and assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy.
• Receiving and unloading inbound material, processing shipments, and managing customer returns.
• Operating crane and forklift equipment for material handling.
• Maintaining a clean and organized facility and ensuring safety compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• Crane and forklift experience.
• Strong organizational and math skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Time management skills.
