About the position

Dal-Tile is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to provide exceptional support in servicing walk-in customers and handling various warehouse duties. This role involves completing sales transactions, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized facility. The associate will also operate forklift equipment and maintain safety standards in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Servicing walk-in customers and assisting with order requirements.
• Completing sales transactions and accepting payments.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints, including returns and order errors.
• Processing payments and receipts, and reconciling daily sales reports.
• Entering customer orders and creating plant/RDC orders.
• Pulling and assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy.
• Receiving and unloading inbound material, processing shipments, and managing customer returns.
• Maintaining a clean and organized facility and ensuring safety compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent time management abilities.
