The Customer Service Warehouse Associate at Dal-Tile Corporation plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while managing various warehouse duties. This position involves servicing walk-in customers, completing sales transactions, and handling material in a warehouse environment. The associate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support, as well as maintaining an organized and safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Servicing walk-in customers and assisting with order requirements.
• Completing sales transactions and accepting payments.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints, including returns and order errors.
• Performing office administration duties such as processing payments and preparing bank deposits.
• Entering customer orders and creating stock replenishment orders.
• Pulling and assembling customer orders and checking outbound orders for accuracy.
• Receiving and unloading inbound material and processing customer returns.
• Operating forklift and crane equipment as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized facility and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Time management skills.
• Computer skills.
