About the position

The Customer Service/Weight Loss Clinic Manager at LetsLose is a pivotal role designed for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness. This position is not just about managing a clinic; it is about inspiring and guiding patients on their weight loss journeys while ensuring the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, organized, and compassionate, with a strong desire to help others achieve their health goals. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including taking patient vitals, administering vitamin injections, and encouraging patients throughout their weight loss process. The manager will also handle incoming and outgoing calls, perform basic charting, and check patients in and out of the clinic. Training will be provided for all aspects of the job, so no prior medical experience is necessary. The working hours for this position are Monday from 10:30 am to 7 pm, Tuesday from 10:30 am to 6 pm, Thursday from 10:30 am to 6 pm, and Friday from 10:30 am to 6 pm, totaling 31 hours per week. There are opportunities to work additional shifts as needed. The clinic is located in Homewood, AL, and will be moving within 5-10 miles of its current location in the next three months. The manager will play a crucial role in increasing clinic revenue and maximizing patient retention, making it essential to have excellent people skills and adaptability to different work environments and management styles.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • No experience necessary (training provided)
  • Excellent people skills (co-workers and customers)

  • Available to work the days/hours listed above
  • Willing to travel to a surrounding location is preferred, but not required
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required ($1 increase in base pay for applicants who speak Spanish)
