About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Kelly Services plays a crucial role in fostering long-term relationships with distributors and customers. Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate order entry, paying attention to customer requirements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Efficient management of incoming emails in personal and group mailboxes, responding with requested information or coordinating with internal contacts to obtain necessary information.
• Collaborating internally and externally to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Consistently and clearly communicating with a global customer base in fluent English.
• Proactively seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
• Creating tracking systems for reported service issues and following up on them.
• Escalating concerns as needed.
• Creating new customer accounts in the ERP system when required.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
