About the position

Net Tangerine Inc is seeking a Customer Service Admin to join their app development startup in Palo Alto, focusing on their live-streaming platform. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Providing high-level customer service and hospitality to users
  • Identifying user needs and quickly troubleshooting technical issues, reporting to engineering teams
  • Collaborating effectively with peers and cross-functional teams to support various projects
  • Testing new features, plug-ins, and upgrades to ensure compatibility
  • Flexibility to work late evenings as needed due to time zone differences

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • 1 year of experience in Customer Support & Client Services (Preferred)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Required)
  • Willingness to relocate to Palo Alto, CA before starting work (Required)

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Multilingualism will be an added advantage
