About the position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our small, growing business specializing in baby lifestyle products. This role is essential for managing orders, shipping, and inventory while providing exceptional service to both wholesale and retail customers. The position offers flexibility in hours and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the business.
Responsibilities
- Assist wholesale and retail customers with orders, inquiries, and shipping via email and some phone.
- Process orders accurately, prepare packing slips, and coordinate shipping.
- Monitor and update inventory levels, assist with restocking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Prefer prior experience in customer service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Self-starter with a positive, flexible attitude.
- Proficient in Google Suite; experience with order/inventory software is a plus.
