The In-Store Survey Taker position at Rainsoft involves engaging with customers in Home Depot stores to conduct water quality surveys. Responsibilities

  • Approach customers in the Home Depot store and invite them to participate in a water quality survey.
  • Conduct the survey in a professional and friendly manner, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Provide accurate and honest information about our products and services.
  • Generate interest in our products and services by highlighting their benefits.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for the number of surveys completed, as well as for generating leads and sales.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, and represent our company in a way that reflects our values.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
