Responsibilities

  • Support consumers through answering phone, web, and email correspondence
  • Read from scripts
  • Provide no personal opinions
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Determine the cause of the problem
  • Utilize knowledge in Excel

Requirements

  • Experience working in a veterinarian office
  • Prior experience as a Vet Tech or Vet Assistant
  • Veterinary schooling
  • Experience with animals
  • Knowledge of pet nutrition and allergies
