The Customer Service Representative at Blueberry Hill is a vital role focused on providing exceptional service to both wholesale and retail customers. This position involves managing orders, shipping, and inventory while ensuring a smooth operation within a small, growing business that specializes in baby lifestyle products.
Responsibilities
- Assist wholesale and retail customers with orders, inquiries, and shipping via email and some phone.
- Process orders accurately, prepare packing slips, and coordinate shipping.
- Monitor and update inventory levels, assist with restocking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Prefer prior experience in customer service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Self-starter with a positive, flexible attitude.
- Proficient in Google Suite; experience with order/inventory software is a plus.
- Must be available Monday through Friday with a consistent schedule.
