Responsibilities

  • Process all payment options accurately and manage loan services and documentation.
  • Perform administrative functions as needed to support the team.
  • Utilize a ten key calculator and demonstrate computer literacy.
  • Handle assigned duties with limited supervision and manage stressful situations constructively.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet report deadlines.
  • Solicit current customers through various channels to maintain and grow the customer base.
  • Develop new business through recommendations and competitor referrals.
  • Manage delinquent accounts and collect past due accounts as directed.
  • Investigate loan applications and prepare loan documents for closing.
  • Maintain overall responsibility for the cash drawer and perform cash drawer functions.
  • Process counter payments and make daily deposits.
  • Handle mail payments, deferments, and adjustments of terms.
  • Mail turndown notices and process paid-out loan papers.
  • Perform daily backups on the operating system.

Requirements
