About the position

The Customer Solution Specialist role is focused on managing customer accounts through effective communication and technical support to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. This position involves coordinating customer service activities, handling inquiries, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts through proactive and reactive communication.
  • Service customer requests for quotes and orders received through multiple channels.
  • Assist customers with accurate transactions and provide product information specific to their industry.
  • Build and expand customer relationships to ensure replacement and increased business.
  • Handle RGAs, credits, and complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide required information to customers.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and production units, translating customer needs into actionable data.
  • Support the sales department in reaching sales targets.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in an inbound environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business-to-business customer service, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and/or other CRM platforms, Microsoft Products, including Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and ERP knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prioritization and time management skills.
