About the position

The Customer Solution Specialist at AMMEGA is responsible for managing customer accounts through proactive and reactive communication to maintain and grow sales while providing technical support. This role involves executing and coordinating all customer service activities, ensuring accurate transactions, and building strong customer relationships in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts through proactive and reactive communication.
  • Service customer requests for quotes and orders received through multiple channels.
  • Assist customers with accurate transactions and provide product information specific to their industry.
  • Build and expand customer relationships to ensure replacement and increased business.
  • Handle RGAs, credits, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide required information to customers.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and production units, translating customer needs into meaningful data.
  • Support the sales department to reach sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business-to-business customer service, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in an inbound environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and/or other CRM platforms, Microsoft Products including Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and ERP knowledge preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
