Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions and provide consulting services to partners.
  • Build lasting relationships and be aware of the client's needs.
  • Help partners in their day-to-day challenges by being the subject matter expert.
  • Deliver innovative and scalable solutions and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Propose, design, create, and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to various audiences.
  • Perform implementation reviews and advocate for product features.
  • Provide partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver business intelligence and leverage internal and external data sources to provide data insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in an investigative role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
  • 2 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • 2 years of experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix, Windows).
