About the position

The Customer Solutions Engineer at CEVA is responsible for providing technical expertise and support related to CEVA's products, focusing on hardware aspects of the company's Intellectual Property. This role involves developing training materials, application notes, and facilitating communication and knowledge-sharing among teams, partners, and customers. The engineer will play a crucial role in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring that customers receive the necessary technical guidance and support.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain deep technical expertise in CEVA's products.
  • Develop training materials, application notes, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
  • Provide technical advice and support for pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Collaborate with CEVA's R&D, Field Application Engineers, partners, and customers.

Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering from a leading university.
  • Experience: Over 3 years in VLSI Design, VLSI Verification, or Hardware Architecture.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into understandable material.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Nice-to-haves

  • Embedded Software Development: Experience with ARM, MIPS, TI, Freescale, NPUs, or other DSPs.
  • Debugging: Experience with processor development boards and debugger interactions.
  • Architectures: Familiarity with embedded processors or DSP architectures.
  • Customer Interaction: Prior experience with direct customer communication.
