Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and BIOTRONIK employees to provide solutions and support.
  • Contact customers to verify sensitive information prior to product shipment.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both via phone and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional judgment to thrive in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to stay calm and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work autonomously.
